How to Make Mutton Paya

Ingredients:

  • Water (As Needed)
  • 8 Mutton Paya
  • 4 TBSP ginger garlic paste
  • 10gm whole garam masala
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TSP cumin
  • 1-1/2 TSP red chili powder
  • 1 TSP turmeric
  • 1 onion
  • 1 TSP garam masala powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 10 gm green coriander
  • 4 green chili
  • 10 gm ginger
  • 1 cup Paya stock

Step by Step Instructions:

  • 1- In a cooking pot, add water, Mutton Paya, Ginger Garlic paste 2 TBSP, salt, Turmeric ½ TSP,garam masala and cook for 2-3 hours on low flame.
  • 2- In another cooking pot, add cooking oil, onion, whole cumin, Ginger Garlic paste 2 TBSP, boiled mutton Paya, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Garam masala powder, yogurt & mix. Then cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • 3- Now add, Paya stock and cook on low flame.
  • 4- Add Garnish (Green coriander, Ginger, Chopped Green Chilies)
  • Your tasty Mutton Paya now ready to serve.
  • Preparation Time: 1 Hour Serve: 3 People
